I needed to replace a refrigerator, had my measurements, and the model/serial number of the refrigerator I needed replaced. I wanted to go with a different brand than I previously had. They did not have what I wanted in stock because it was very particular. Jeff looked it up and found the perfect one. He was able to order it and have it installed in less than 4 days. Xander called on the way to install and took care of everything very quickly. Thank you guys so much!

I bought a new washer and dryer with Jason at RadioLab from Tennessee in February of 2025. Not only did Jason handle everything with ease but his communication was stellar! He called me the day of delivery after his team delivered and noticed that an error had been made in my delivery. He fixed it right away and stayed with me until it was complete. Now it’s August and I just happened to notice that a piece was not connected. I called into Jason and he promptly apologized and quickly schedule an appointment to make sure it’s all correct. That’s going above and beyond. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable sales rep who will take care of you, Jason and RadioLab are where you need to go/be!

Ordered a new portable dishwasher, service was professional and knowledgeable. The item wasbeautiful and works great. Another Item I purchased there has worked well, too. Warranty service has been excellent, they finally recommended an inline water filter to catch some of the sand in our well water. Problem gone.

Evry time I've gone to look for items . I'm greeted at the door, and treated like a VIP . Anytime I've seen prices for the large box stores or wholesale clubs . Radiolab is alway lower or the same. So much nicer to be in a relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable people assisting me . They have a large selection of Appliances . I've bought many dishwashers for my personal and rental properties . Nowhere in Lubbock is close to their excellent service and prices ... Can't wait for my new washer to be delivered ... they are excellent at installing and take away .

10/3/25 I had an excellent experience with Jason. He showed me what I was interested in and was available for delivery on Monday. Friendly, warm and welcoming customer service. I’m glad they were recommended to me.

So far I have loved my experience with them. They are quick and to the point. Placing my order was very easy. I have really enjoyed how efficient they are and convenient to deal with. Thomas delivered my speed queen washer and dryer. He did a great job! After working with radio lab for appliances I will never shop at a box store chain again. Overall very wonderful experience.

Got a great price on the dishwasher we needed as advertised. I'd recommend completing your cart on the website even though they don't quote delivery automatically. They won't charge you until they firm up the price.
